Went paint balling yesterday with a bunch of guys from work, I managed to only get one tiny bruise on my elbow from getting shot, however in the process of dicing headlong into a ditch to sneak up on the other team I managed to damage my shoulder making lifting my arm really painful. Am trying to rest it so its better for the Jackals in two weeks. Did enjoy paint balling though, must do it more often, I do like shooting my mates. Current Mood:  sore |

Luggage on the plinth
So we went and "helped" Luggage on the 4th plinth in Trafalgar Square last night by dressing as rats and heckling/writing messages/confusing the public. Most random time I've had in ages. Gathering.
Hot The ref team as always. Viper Plot. Ritualing Dave. Freya. Getting stuff sorted for the winter events. The saturday night mass battle field in the dark with no problems, proving it can be done. Wandering into the monster room after reffing the Jackal liner at midday sunday to find everyone on the battlefield ready except three random guys who might need a ref, the random guys being Stu, Garrick and Ian as Roan and his bodyguards, I really enjoyed reffing that fight :-) Generally safe fighting. Passing Claw comp onto the archers guild, I love running them but I'm just too busy to be there. The set piece/circle, thought it looked awesome. Chris giving me a tribe name. Future stuff. Kol and Lisa turning up as last minute staff refs and being awesome. All the monsters in the world, all with keen. Sarah stepping down as a NPC to go play, better for her sanity and for House Von Beck. Not Only getting IC on friday night and spending most of the with faff/ritual stuff. Not getting to sort other stuff IC that I really wanted too, will just have to do it at the viper event. Very long days, 16 hours reffing is a long time. A lack of port actuation due to general tiredness all round. Current Mood:  happy |

Hot 'n' Not
Hot Neal giving us crash space in his caravan on thursday night when we turned up at 10.30 in the rain. The Ref team, awesome as always. Wandering looking for trouble friday night with Ciaron and Crollie. New (and waterproof) boots from Big Rich/Evenlode. Running the big fight on sunday, both awesome and terrifying at the same time. Firepit/Andy T/Kath for general plot awesomeness all weekend. Liz/the Valsharss's send off, awesome ritual/rite thing. Claw comp. The Al Quifar linear, I smashed stuff, even if my original comment was "this is a retarded plan, why are we going again?" Not Mud. My knee hurting today (not all weekend, just today) Not getting IC much. Hardly seeing the vb's (see point above) Work today. Current Mood: chipper |
